For seven days on Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard, Game On Travel is hosting a retreat you’ll share with Celest Pereira (you’ll want to follow her on Instagram), a physiotherapist and yoga teacher whose classes have found a following around the world for melding bodies fluid under stress, not just stretches. Picture a villa with en-suite rooms, a pool, a light-filled indoor studio, and a fire pit set beneath African skies. Spring in the Cape means whales offshore and fynbos in full flower on Table Mountain.
You hold the space, we’ll handle everything else. Our chef cooks for every dietary need in the room, a dedicated host stays on-site all week, and a driver is on call whenever you need one. Around the teaching schedule we’ve woven wine tasting in beautiful Constantia, a guided hike up Table Mountain, and a snorkelling ocean safari in the kelp forests, where the Netflix film My Octopus Teacher was shot.
